Visiting the Garden
My order arrived damaged
Please contact us within seven days of receiving your order to claim damaged or missing items. You may contact us at 503-223-5055 or shop@japanesegarden.org. When possible, please include a photo of the damaged items and original packaging condition. This will help expedite your claim. Claims are processed on a case-by-case basis. A pre-paid shipping label or other means of credit may be issued.
I want to return an item
You may return Garden Gift Shop products within 30 days of receiving your order. Shipping costs incurred on return shipments will not be credited. Returns are also accepted directly at our Garden Gift Shop with original packing list, order confirmation or sales receipt. Items purchased on sale or as a promotion are not returnable.
