I am a Garden member, how do I get my member price?

In order to receive your member benefits, you need to create a Garden Gift Shop account and link it to your existing Garden membership. If you have already done so, you may login to your Garden Gift Shop account and automatically receive your member benefits.

How do I link my Garden member number to my online account?

To use your Garden membership online, please follow these steps to create your account:

  • Visit My Account/Login
  • Enter your email address on record
  • Select “Create An Account”
  • Enter the zip code associated with your membership
  • Verify your email address and select a password to complete your account setup.

I had an active membership while the Garden was closed due to COVID-19.

In appreciation of all your patience and understanding through this time, we will extend memberships for two months. Your support through your membership and your donations truly made a difference in sustaining our organization during this extraordinarily trying time. Of course, if you are able to donate those two months of membership back to the Garden, it would help continue to sustain us.

I purchased a Cultural Workshop series prior to the COVID-19 Garden closure.

If you had purchased tickets for Seasonal Textiles with Judilee Fitzhugh or Ikebana Study Course with Carolyn Alter, please find your options here:

  • Receive a refund for the remaining value of the workshop fees, or
  • Donate the remainder of your sessions to help sustain the Garden, or
  • Continue with the newly configured sessions, likely involving virtual sessions or smaller in-person classes (date TBD)

  • Visit My Account/Login
  • Enter your email address
  • Select “Create An Account”
  • Enter your name and confirm your email address
  • Enter your member number (this is found on the back of your membership card)
  • Designate a password and select “Create Account” to complete your account setup

How do I find my membership number?

Your member number is located on the back of your membership card. If you do not have this available, please contact us at [email protected] or [email protected]

How long does it take to receive my membership packet?

You should receive your membership materials 3-4 weeks after you place your order. However, your membership is active as soon as you purchase it. Take advantage of your member benefits online by logging in or at the Garden Gift Shop with a sales receipt or valid ID.

What online promotions are available to me as a Member?

Garden members always receive a discount on store products, general admission tickets, and event tickets unless otherwise noted. When logged in as a member, the prices displayed on products and tickets are displayed with your Member Discount included.
