Members and their guests can enjoy special access to the Garden every Wednesday-Monday (Garden is closed Tuesdays) from 8-10am.

Members are not required to reserve a timed ticket to visit the Garden. Simply show a member card or photo ID to check-in. Non-member guests are welcome to visit during Member Hours, as long as they are accompanying an active member. Additional tickets for member guests may be purchased at the dedicated member window of the Welcome Center during check-in, or in advance online. Children 5 and under are always free, but will be checked in.

The Gift Shop, and the Umami Café are open to members starting at 9:00am. During each Art Exhibition the Pavilion will also open at 9:00am for member access.

Access to the Vollum Library is available to members on Mondays and Thursdays from 1-4pm, and on Fridays and Saturdays from 9-2pm.

In order to maintain our paths for visitor safety and preserve the Garden environment at the level of cleanliness expected by all our members and visitors, our gardeners perform necessary maintenance during member hours (8-10am) year-round. This work occasionally includes the use of leaf blowers and sprinklers. Contact our staff by e-mailing [email protected] with questions.
