From Gastro Obscura: Umami Café Culinary Cultural Partner Gena Renaud Featured

Gastro Obscura, a culinary-minded offshoot of Atlas Obscura, featured Gena Renaud of Yume Confections, one of the Portland-area culinary cultural partners that contributes food to Portland Japanese Garden’s Umami Café. Journalist Roxanne Hoorn writes, “Inside the Portland Japanese Garden’s modern tea room, glass walls show the forest giving way to winter.
