The Travel writer Joshua Chiedu recently wrote an article in which he named Portland Japanese Garden as one of the most beautiful locations to visit in Oregon during spring. Chiedu notes that the Garden looks, “heavenly in spring, with colorful flowers blooming and radiating jaw-dropping beauty.”
