Best Life magazine compiled a list of the top U.S. gardens to stroll through even in cold weather and included Portland Japanese Garden. Writer Rebecca Deurlein notes, “The garden is expansive and stays true to the traditional Japanese Garden. You can lose yourself in quiet enclaves with bubbling fountains and koi fish.
