Summer Update: August 11

Shinrin-yoku (森林浴), which translates as “forest bathing” is a Japanese practice of taking in the verdant, natural environment through all the senses. It is an intentional and contemplative act that promotes wellness and balance of the body and mind.

Experience shinrin-yoku at the Garden with the warm embrace of native trees, delicate moss, and meandering pathways.
