International Rose Test Garden
The Portland Japanese Garden is lucky to have this free rose garden as our closest neighbor. Managed by Portland Parks & Recreation with over 7,000 rose plants of approximately 550 varieties, the International Rose Test Garden makes a great complement to your visit.
