Join Portland Japanese Garden and Washington Park for Earth Week, a week-long and park-wide celebration inviting visitors to discover the joy of nature here in Portland!
From wildlife encounters and world-class gardens to museums, forest trails, and playgrounds, Earth Week is your opportunity to experience Portland’s premier park as one interconnected destination. Throughout Washington Park, look for special Earth Week signage designed by beloved local cartoonist and public joy creator Mike Bennett, guiding you to hands-on activities, conservation moments, and pop-up experiences that highlight the culture, diversity, and wonder of the natural world.
