Supporting the Garden

The Portland Japanese Garden is an independent 501(c)3 charitable not-for-profit organization and relies on contributions from individuals, corporations, and foundations to cover approximately one-third of the cost of its operation. Your contributions make the operation and maintenance of our world-renowned gardens possible, as well as the cultural and educational programming that explore the richness of Japanese art and culture. Will you support tranquility, beauty, and cultural understanding in our world with a tax-deductible donation to the Portland Japanese Garden today?

To learn more about supporting the Garden, including information on gifts of appreciated stock, charitable IRA distributions, gifts of books, art works, or other objects, or planning a legacy gift, please contact one of the members of the Garden’s Development staff (listed with contact info below).

The Garden’s Federal Tax ID number (EIN) is 93-0511171.
