From Oregon ArtsWatch: Cultivating Portland Japanese Garden’s Japan Institute

Brian Libby, a Portland-based freelance journalist and critic writing about architecture and design, visual art and film, wrote a long and wonderful feature about Japan Institute for Oregon ArtsWatch.
